The roundtrip is about 1 km (500 metres) from ‘Liseth-høgda’. The trip is part of the North Sea Trail and you may wish to continue to Storehovden. Flona is an easy walking route on a good path and is suitable for young and old alike. The destination is 130 metres above sea level.
