It’s dangerous to pass the huge slopes of naked rocks in the end of the valley, because of avelanges from the glacier.
You can take a side trip to Setrane just before you arrive the viewpoint. Here was three small barns in older times. These were used as storage for hay. A new barn was built in an elderly log construction technique in 2016. You can also continue from Brenndalen to Jakobsbu. Follow the signs.
This trip suits for kids and adults.
