Ramnefjellsfossen waterfall

This waterfall is also known as Utigardsfossen. It is considered one the most beautiful waterfalls in the world.

The waterfall is in Nesdal in Stryn municipality in Vestland county and is situated beside Ramnefjellet, the scene of two of Norway's largest rockslide accidents.
The waterfall is part of Utigardselva river, which is part of the Loenvassdraget watercourse. The river draws water from Ramnefjellsbreen glacier, which is part of Jostedalsbreen glacier and flows into Loenvannet lake.

It has a total drop of 808 metres over several stages, of which the steepest fall is roughly 600 metres.
